What it is
This is not a spa. A therapist travels to the camp, sets up a table in your tent or on the terrace, and leaves when it is over. The room is yours, which is the whole difference with a treatment room shared by a hotel.
It lasts 60 to 90 minutes and costs €60 per person. Most people take it in the late afternoon, before the light turns, so that it runs into the best hour of the day rather than cutting across it.

When to go
Late afternoon, before sunset. Taking it at midday means missing nothing, since there is nothing to do then anyway, but the end of the day works better: you come out of it as the plateau turns ochre.
