A Marrakech agency, not a camp

We do not own the camps. We know them, we choose between them, and we take responsibility for your booking from the first message to the drive home.

Agafay Desert Luxury is a travel agency based in Marrakech. We arrange stays, day and night passes, activities and private events on the Agafay plateau. The camps are run by their own teams. Our job is to know which one suits you, to negotiate the rate, and to handle everything that sits between your enquiry and your first cup of tea.

That distinction matters, so we make it plainly rather than leaving it implied. Plenty of sites in this market blur the line between agency and camp. We would rather you knew exactly who you are dealing with.

How we work

We only sell camps we have slept in. When a camp stops being good, we stop selling it, which happens more often than the market admits. When Agafay is the wrong answer for your trip, we say so, even though the honest answer sometimes costs us the booking.

Booking direct means there is no platform between you and us. It also means one person answers your messages, before and during your stay, including at nine on a Saturday evening when the transfer is late.
