The part of the day nobody plans, and everybody remembers badly
Agafay sits about 30 kilometres south-west of Marrakech. The road through Lalla Takerkoust is straightforward and surfaced almost the whole way. The final approach to most camps is a piste, which is fine in an ordinary car driven slowly and unpleasant if you go fast.
That last stretch is why people who booked a shared minibus remember the transfer more than the desert. A private transfer removes the problem entirely: one vehicle, one driver, your timing, and nobody else to collect on the way.

The Prado is a comfortable road vehicle with the ground clearance and suspension that the pistes around Agafay actually ask for. It is not an expedition truck and we do not pretend otherwise. How the day runs

- The drive outBetween 40 and 60 minutes depending on where you start and on traffic leaving the city. The plateau appears well before you arrive: the ground turns pale and the buildings stop.
- While you are at AgafayFor a day pass, a dinner or an activity, the driver waits and takes you back when you are ready. For an overnight stay, he leaves and returns the next day at the time you choose.
- The returnTo any address in Marrakech. Tell us on the day if it changes: dinner in Gueliz instead of your riad is not a problem.
