What this looks like on the plateau
Team building works here for a reason that has nothing to do with the programme: nobody can leave. On the plateau there is no lobby to slip away to and no phone signal worth chasing. People stay together, and by dinner the group looks different from the one that arrived.
What we build is a sequence rather than a list of games. Something physical in the late afternoon, something shared at dusk, dinner outside once it is dark. The activities matter less than the order they come in, and that is the part we get right.

What we tell you early
- Quads and buggies are limited in number: a group of forty rides in relays, not all at once
- Above roughly a hundred people, the list of suitable camps narrows sharply
- Nothing here is competitive by nature; if you want a scoreboard, say so and we build one
- Mixed fitness levels need declaring early so we pick activities everyone can join

Planning and lead time
Six weeks is comfortable for a group of thirty. Above sixty, count three months, because the number of camps that take you drops and the activity equipment has to be reserved across several providers.
